Responsibilities:
Themainresponsibilitiesof the role include (Butnot limited to):
- Leadtheprojectexecution ofthe mostcomplex digitalpowersolutions in the Asia Pacificregion.
- Ensure highcustomer satisfactionduring project executiontodrive recurring business.
- Drivesuccessful project execution to fulfill scope, specification compliance andschedule.
- Ensure projectsprofitability(drivemarginincreaseat project completion)
- Excellentcost controlmanagementas well asexcellentmanagement ofrisks and opportunities
- Act ascoach/ functional managertowardproject managers withinlocal DPACs of the Asia Pacific region(share best practices, act as escalation point)
- Ensureprojectsrun withinregioncomplytoSchneider Electric project executiongovernance.
- Prepareproject reviewswith the project team & finance controllerand presentthemto the project review committee(invoicing, sales, costs to completion,margin,risk &oppties...)
- Gather lessons learned from projects run in the region and implement actions at regional level for continuous improvements.
- Constantly assess whether improvement actions should be put in place at regional or local level to drive efficiency and or lead to incremental business.
- Leadthe implementation ofstrategic initiatives definedby global and / or regional DPAC leader
Experience:
- >5years experiencein Project Managementin the energy sector(inthedigital powerdomainis a strong plus)
- >5 years experience in the project / solution business
- >5 years experienceof functional management of multi-disciplinary teams across international geographies.
