Job Description

We are seeking a highly accomplished Regional Project Sales Manager to lead business development and project acquisition initiatives across the Oil & Gas, Power, and Chemical sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full sales lifecycle, including opportunity identification, pre-qualification, technical proposal development, commercial negotiation, and contract finalization
  • Drive direct sales engagement with end-users, maintaining full ownership of primary client relationships without reliance on intermediaries
  • Engage and influence key project stakeholders across the value chain:
  • Advocate for inclusion of thermal transfer systems during the FEED phase with consultants
  • Manage complex tendering processes and lead negotiations with EPC/EPCC contractors
  • Build and sustain long-term strategic relationships with plant owners and operators
  • Execute regional sales strategies, leveraging existing networks to penetrate new markets and expand key accounts
  • Deliver technical presentations to engineering teams, effectively communicating value propositions and competitive advantages

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8–10 years of technical sales experience in core equipment applied in the Oil & Gas industry/Power Plant (e.g., shell-and-tube, plate-type, air-cooled systems, turbines, compressors, pumps, rotating equipment, pressure vessels, boilers, or process skids)
  • Demonstrated success in direct sales, with the ability to independently build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Extensive experience handling long-cycle, high-value capital equipment sales
  • Established and active network within major EPC/EPCC firms and engineering consultancies
  • Experience managing multi-country or multi-state territories, with willingness to travel frequently
