Job Summary

The Regional Retail Director leads the retail network in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong across multilabel concepts, setting the commercial direction and ensuring stores deliver inspiring experiences that feel both contemporary and true to each brand's identity. This role shapes the retail vision, elevates client experience, develops high-performing teams, and partners with Merchandising, Marketing and Creative to bring our labels to life.

This position is designed for a leader who understands the nuances of multilabel retail: balancing diverse brand needs, shaping commercial priorities, and building a retail culture anchored in passion, creativity and style.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the retail strategy (store network, formats, expansion, omnichannel) in line with the brand's positioning and growth targets.
  • Oversee budgets, P&L for retail, cost control, and capex for new stores/refits.
  • Lead daytoday operations across all stores, ensuring exceptional customer service and flawless brand presentation.
  • Drive sales, profitability, and KPIs (conversion, ATV, UPT, sellthrough, productivity) and take corrective action for underperforming locations.
  • Build, lead, and coach retail teams (retail manager, store managers and sales associates), including recruitment and performance management.
  • Partner with merchandising to define assortment, allocations, pricing actions and inseason trading tailored to kids categories (sizes, age ranges, safety and compliance).
  • Safeguard brand image and VM standards, ensuring store environments reflect luxury, are childfriendly and meet parents expectations.
  • Collaborate with marketing/CRM on events, clienteling, and communitybuilding initiatives targeting families, gifting and occasions.
  • Use data and market insights (traffic, demographics, kidswear trends) to inform decisions and store investment.
  • Work closely with the Senior Management team to curate ageappropriate, compliant product and experiences (e.g., play corners, family fitting rooms, gifting services).
  • Coach and mentor the retail operation teams to serve parents and children (patience, safety awareness, fit knowledge, multitransaction baskets).

Job Requirements

  • Masters / Degree in Fashion, Retail Management, Brand Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years luxury lifestyle business in multistore luxury retail leadership experience, strong commercial and a deep understanding of parents, families, and childrenswear/lifestyle categories.
  • Multicountry or regional exposure is beneficial, especially where cultural expectations around children and families differ.
  • Strong analytical skills, confident with KPIs, forecasting, OTB input, inventory optimization, and margin management.
  • Ability to inspire large frontline teams and build culture with a hands-on floor presence.
  • Deep understanding of luxury customer experience and the specific needs of parents, caregivers and children.
  • Excellent communication skills with an outgoing personality.
