About the role:

This role is a regional leadership position responsible for driving retail operations and performance across Southeast Asia (SEA) for the Wilson brand.

You will partner closely with country retail leaders to enhance store performance, strengthen execution standards, and ensure operational consistency across markets.

Responsibilities

1. Regional Performance Support & Execution

  • Drive retail performance across SEA by managing sales, key retail KPIs, and operational outcomes for the Wilson brand
  • Partner with country retail teams to identify performance gaps and implement action plans based on data insights

2. Retail Excellence & Execution

  • Lead store execution standards through regular store visits, coaching, and follow-ups
  • Work with training teams to roll out capability-building initiatives aligned with business needs
  • Ensure consistent execution of retail standards and best practices across markets

3. Store Operations & Productivity

  • Oversee store operations including inventory management, stock organization, workflow efficiency, and team productivity
  • Drive consistency in customer experience and operational processes across markets
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance store productivity and efficiency

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Logistics to ensure effective product flow, including store openings, replenishment, and seasonal launches
  • Lead and execute regional retail initiatives such as store campaigns and operational improvement projects

5. Compliance & Risk Awareness

  • Ensure adherence to operational standards, audit requirements, and loss prevention guidelines
  • Partner with local teams to maintain compliance and manage operational risks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field
  • Minimum 8 years of retail operations experience, with at least 3 years in a regional or multi-market role
  • Proven experience in managing retail performance and store operations
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive execution and results
  • Experience in team coaching and performance management
  • Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus for collaboration with China HQ
  • Passion for sports and alignment with brand values
