ANTA was established in 1991; while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2007 (Stock Codes: 2020 (HKD counter) and 82020 (RMB counter)). Responsibilities:
- Design effective Southeast Asia (SEA) regional retail training programs for the Wilson brand.
- Study training guidelines from China Headquarter, and conduct necessary localization according to SEA market needs.
- Prepare training materials, conduct workshops and individual training sessions.
- Work closely with management to identify regional retail training needs, conduct annual training analysis and prepare training calendar.
- Keep training records in hard copy/electronically.
- Travel across the region to deliver company training standards.
- Train-the-trainers in stores and design, develop in-store training tool kits.
- Perform regular in-store field coaching, submit reports to the retail team, share the findings with solutions and work with Retail/ Store Managers to follow up on the results.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
- At least 3 years of previous work experience in a retail setting. For Manager level, at least 2 years of people management exposure in the customer service or sales training capacity.
- High proficiency in both Mandarin and English in order to liaise with colleagues in China and SEA countries.
- Good understanding of retail business and sports products.
- Strong Project management, Problem-solving skills, Effective communication.
