Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our overseas sales team across Southeast Asia and ANZ.

The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of real estate digitalization, solid enterprise sales experience, and proven ability to lead and scale a sales team. This person should be able to help the company move from the current growth stage to a more structured, scalable and high-performing regional sales organization.

This role requires someone who can engage senior customers, manage complex enterprise opportunities, build sales discipline, coach the team, and use data to drive sales performance.

The candidate should also have strong interest in AI and emerging technologies, and be able to understand how new technologies can create practical business value for real estate customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Sales Leadership

● Lead and manage the sales team across Southeast Asia and ANZ, developing regional sales strategy, target accounts, pipeline plans, and market priorities.

● Build structured and repeatable sales processes, coach the team on account planning, opportunity management, customer engagement, and deal closure, and drive discipline in forecasting, CRM usage, and performance tracking.

2. Enterprise Sales & Strategic Accounts

● Lead strategic enterprise opportunities with real estate developers, asset owners, REITs, property operators, malls, hotels, construction companies, and ecosystem partners.

● Engage C-level and senior decision-makers, understand customer business challenges, position solutions for revenue growth, operational efficiency, cost control, and digital transformation, and drive deals from engagement to closure.

● Work closely with internal teams including pre-sales, product, delivery, and partner management to ensure high-quality opportunity execution.

3. Real Estate Digitalization Expertise

● Bring strong understanding of the real estate technology landscape, including ERP, CRM, digital sales galleries, smart property management, BI, AI, and IoT.

● Support solution localization for Southeast Asia and ANZ, and provide market feedback to optimize product positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy.

4. Data-Driven Sales Management

● Use CRM and sales analytics to manage pipeline, forecast, conversion rates, win rates, deal progress, and team performance, building a culture of data-driven sales management.

● Identify bottlenecks, improve productivity, and prepare business updates for senior management with clear insights and action plans.

5. AI & Emerging Technology Mindset

● Stay closely updated on AI, data analytics, IoT, and other emerging technologies relevant to the real estate industry, and understand how they can improve sales, marketing, operations, asset performance, customer experience, and decision-making.

● Represent the company as a forward-looking technology partner in customer and partner discussions, and translate new technology trends into practical business value for customers through work with internal teams.

6. Professional Conduct & Governance

● Maintain high standards of integrity, professionalism and business ethics while managing customer, internal and external stakeholder relationships transparently and respectfully, to protect the company's brand, reputation, and long-term customer trust.

● Ensure proper deal registration, pricing discipline, customer communication, and internal approval processes.

Requirements

1. Experience: 8–10+ years in B2B enterprise sales, preferably in real estate tech, enterprise software, AI or construction tech with 3–5 years leading sales teams , and strong knowledge of real estate developers, asset owners, and property operators.

2. Skills: Proven consultative selling and C-level engagement skills, with strong data-driven mindset and CRM experience. Deep understanding of AI and emerging technologies, able to turn them into business value. Demonstrated leadership, communication, negotiation, execution, and high professional integrity.

3. Network:Experience in Southeast Asia is required; Australia/New Zealand exposure is a plus. Proven track record in closing complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.

4. Language: Professional English, Chinese preferred.
