This is a high-octane, hunter role for an individual contributor ready to build a powerhouse territory from the ground up.

  • Full-Cycle Hunting: Own the regional target by prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business with utilities and grid operators.
  • Pilot-to-Scale: Structure and win pilots with clear ROI, then navigate the transition into multi-year, large-scale rollouts.
  • Strategic Networking: Multi-thread relationships across Engineering, IT/OT, Procurement, and C-suite leadership.
  • Ecosystem Building: Develop and manage high-value partner motions with EPCs, System Integrators, and OEMs
  • Market Leadership: Drive brand awareness by managing regional trade shows and exhibitions.
skills and requirements
  • Bachelor graduate in electronic/ electrical engineering or equivalent qualification
  • A proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals and managing a multi-country territory.
  • Stakeholders management skills
  • Possesses good relationships within utilities, EPCs, consultants, or key ecosystem partners is an added bonus
  • Willing to travel within APAC
