Our client is a world-leading manufacturer of coil winding machinery and a provider of factory automation solutions. They have expanded globally, with a presence in Southeast Asia, China, India, the US, and Europe. Their products are utilized across various industries. They are now seeking a Regional Sales Engineer for local and overseas sales.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage local and regional sales
- Prepare quotations and follow up on orders
- Build relationships with existing clients and establish new ones
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products or services
- Develop sales forecasts and strategies with top management
- Prepare and monitor sales budgets
- Communicate client needs to the engineering/design team
- Attend client acceptance tests at the factory and client sites
- Report to the Singapore head office
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in factory automation, machinery, or engineering
- Excellent sales, customer service, and negotiation skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
- Possess a driving license and willingness to travel within Malaysia.
