Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Dealer Operation management and support.
  2. Develop, implement and maintain sales activities and planning.
  3. Conduct regular dealer&aposs performance appraisals and dealer&aposs audits.
  4. Support dealers&apos regional sales and marketing initiatives. Represent the company at motor shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the companys products.
  5. Analyze sales team and area performance, identifying opportunities and developing plans to mitigate gaps. To provide feedback and improvement plans where necessary.
  6. Regularly market visit and develop power region with top outlets.
  7. Build strong business relationships with dealers, add value to their business. Develop a good understanding of dealers&apos business and financials.
  8. Identify sales growth opportunities, market challenges, and work with dealers to develop and implement innovative action plans.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor&aposs degree or above in any related field.
  2. More than 5 years related experience in Malaysian automotive company.
  3. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong analytical thinker, structured in his/her approach.
  6. Good command in bilingual communication.
  7. If have additional languages would be added advantaged.
  8. Ability and willingness to travel as business needed and within short notice.
  9. Independent with ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneously priorities
