Responsibilities:
- Dealer Operation management and support.
- Develop, implement and maintain sales activities and planning.
- Conduct regular dealer&aposs performance appraisals and dealer&aposs audits.
- Support dealers&apos regional sales and marketing initiatives. Represent the company at motor shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the companys products.
- Analyze sales team and area performance, identifying opportunities and developing plans to mitigate gaps. To provide feedback and improvement plans where necessary.
- Regularly market visit and develop power region with top outlets.
- Build strong business relationships with dealers, add value to their business. Develop a good understanding of dealers&apos business and financials.
- Identify sales growth opportunities, market challenges, and work with dealers to develop and implement innovative action plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor&aposs degree or above in any related field.
- More than 5 years related experience in Malaysian automotive company.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical thinker, structured in his/her approach.
- Good command in bilingual communication.
- If have additional languages would be added advantaged.
- Ability and willingness to travel as business needed and within short notice.
- Independent with ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneously priorities
