Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance Management:
- Drive sales performance in the region, setting targets and developing strategies to achieve and exceed them.
- Identify, recruit, and develop a robust network of dealers to strengthen our market presence and increase product availability.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide support and training to dealers to optimize their sales processes and product knowledge.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment in sales strategies and promotional efforts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of automotive sales experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
- Strong understanding of the automotive market, dealer networks, and customer dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
