Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of project managers, engineers, and field staff.
- Set clear goals and performance targets for team members and provide regular feedback to drive excellence.
Strategic Planning and Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share and achieve revenue growth within the region.
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and establish partnerships to enhance the company's presence in the construction steel sector.
Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction steel projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Client Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
- Proven experience (5 years) in a leadership role within Building Materials industry especially steel industry, with a track record of successfully managing regional operations and driving business growth.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction steel materials, fabrication processes, and structural design principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
