The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. He/She will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy and has strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead, align, and motivate the Regional team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for the Sweetened Condensed Milk (SCM) business across all channels, with strong emphasis on frontline execution and capability building for sustainable growth.
- Drive effective execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) by aligning regional resources, redeploying teams as needed, and securing cross-functional support to deliver business objectives.
- Maintain a strong and consistent market presence across all trade channels to ensure execution excellence, recognize performance, and address frontline and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Optimize working capitalparticularly cash flow and accounts receivablewhile delivering profitable growth in line with sound credit and compliance practices.
- Support and sponsor HR initiatives to strengthen leadership and management capability, while consistently modeling and upholding ETIKA values across the region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related Business discipline is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years experience in a similar capacity, with at least 8 years in a leadership role, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong team player who is creative, able to work independently, and capable of thinking beyond conventional approaches.
- Resourceful and meticulous self-starter with strong analytical skills.
- Demonstrates excellent planning, communication, and negotiation skills; results-driven with a strong passion for winning in the marketplace.
- Must possess own transport and a valid driving licence for regular market visits.
