Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead, align, and motivate the regional team to achieve annual sales targets (sell-in and sell-out) and business objectives while developing capabilities for future growth and fostering a strong frontline performance culture.
  • Drive market share growth and Numeric Distribution (ND) expansion within the assigned region.
  • Ensure effective distribution execution and successful placement of new product launches across all channels.
  • Manage agent inventory levels in accordance with Etika inventory norms and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional regional teams, securing the necessary support for business execution and providing feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Align regional operations and resources to deliver Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives.
  • Redeploy local resources on a short-term basis to capitalize on emerging business opportunities and market dynamics.
  • Maintain a strong market presence through regular field visits to recognize high performance, identify frontline needs, and strengthen execution excellence.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, agents, and market stakeholders to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Optimize working capital management, particularly cash flow and accounts receivable, while balancing customer relationships and adhering to sound credit management practices to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and governance requirements across the region.
  • Support and champion HR initiatives and tools aimed at building leadership and management capabilities within the region.
  • Demonstrate and promote ETIKA's values and culture through leadership and day-to-day business practices.
  • Perform any other duties or additional tasks as assigned, consistent with the role and the needs of the business.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, commercial, or business management roles, preferably within the FMCG industry or a similar environment.
  • At least 8 years of proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire, coach, and drive team performance toward achieving business objectives.
  • A collaborative team player who is creative, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and highly self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build effective relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Highly driven with a strong passion for winning in the marketplace and delivering sustainable business growth.
  • Ability to think beyond conventional approaches and identify innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Proficient in business planning, sales forecasting, performance management, and commercial execution.
