Our client is a global OEM solutions provider specializing in beauty, personal care, and home care products. The company offers end-to-end services from concept to shelf, including formulation, packaging, manufacturing, and supply chain support.

Job Description

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance performance and achieve targets.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Identify and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction and retention.

The Successful Applicant


A Successful Regional Sales Manager Should Have

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and sourcing within OEM or ODM, beauty, personal care, or FMCG manufacturing industries.
  • Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Effective management of both sourcing and account development.
  • Business fluency in Chinese and English, both spoken and written (catering stakeholders and suppliers from China).
  • Proactive and adaptable attributes, comfortable working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Flexibility for regional travel and relocation within key ASEAN countries.
