We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager - Malaysia (Open to Expats) to drive sales growth and manage key customer relationships across Malaysia. This role focuses on mechanical and plastic components, including parts and stock shapes, and requires a strong blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business in APAC and global markets
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
- Collaborate with Engineering to prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing strategies
- Handle complex sales scenarios and negotiate high-value deals
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, orders, and quotations
What We're Looking For:
- Degree in Material Science, Chemistry, Polymer Engineering, or related field
- 10 years in sales management or technical sales, preferably in plastics or machining including minimum 5 years of managerial role
- Strong understanding of stock shapes, machined parts, and CNC/fabrication processes
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in ERP/SAP systems
