Chemical Company is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager – Oleochemicals to lead business development and sales across Malaysia and Indonesia.

About the Role

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development initiatives in the oleochemicals sector, focusing on Malaysia and Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• 8+ years of sales experience in oleochemicals or specialty chemicals
• Strong existing network of oleochemical producers, manufacturers, distributors & customers
• Proven experience selling across Malaysia and Indonesia
• Strong understanding of chemical distribution & international trading
• Track record of revenue growth and business development
• Existing legal authorization to work in Malaysia or Indonesia
• Willingness to travel across Malaysia, Indonesia & occasionally Singapore

Qualifications

• Product Experience: Fatty Acids, Fatty Alcohols, Glycerin, Methyl Esters, Surfactants, Palm Oil Derivatives, Oleochemical Feedstocks & Specialty Oleochemicals.

Required Skills

• Ideal Background: Musim Mas, KLK Oleo, Wilmar International, Pacific Oleochemicals, PT Eco Prima, Bakrie Group, Vance Bioenergy, Emery Oleochemicals, IOI Oleochemical, Kao Chemicals or similar companies.

Preferred Skills

• Compensation: $100,000–$250,000+ USD + commission on direct sales, with potential EBITDA profit-sharing.

Pay range and compensation package

Work Model: Remote / Field-Based + Regional Leadership with local office presence.
