About The Job
- Drive solution sales across Cloud Security, Cyber Security, and System Integration technology. The leader must possess strong sales acumen and a deep understanding of products and services.
- A critical requirement is the ability to bridge solution sales with technical presales support.
- Manage an existing team of 5-6 people . The team includes solution sales specialists based in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Carry a personal sales target while managing the team. The role involves a blend of leading people and actively closing complex, long-cycle deals.

About The Role
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Telecom, IT, ICT, or traditional telecom product environments.
- Proven sales track record.
- Strong preference for candidates from System Integration (SI) backgrounds.
- Must have exposure to Cloud Security, Cyber Security, and SI technologies.
- Proven people management skills are non-negotiable, with the ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments.
