Regional Sales Manager

Job Description

• Oversee Sales Operations (SO) and Sell-Through (ST) performance for mobile phones and tablets within the assigned region
• Manage ST execution for AIoT product categories
• Develop and implement regional channel strategies
• Drive channel performance and optimize distribution efficiency
• Maintain and grow relationships with key channel partners
• Ensure alignment on sales targets, marketing initiatives, and inventory planning
• Lead and manage the regional sales team
• Drive team performance, engagement, and operational excellence

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile phone channel management
• Strong understanding of channel dynamics and strategic execution
• Minimum 5 years of experience in team management
• Proven ability to lead teams of 50 or more members
• At least 7 years of total work experience in the consumer electronics, home appliances, or furniture industry
