Your New Role

As the Regional Lead for Sales Processes and Performance, you will act as the key link between global sales strategy and regional execution. You will lead the implementation and governance of commercial tools and processes, including CRM systems and performance dashboards. Your responsibilities will include ensuring consistent reporting, supporting local teams, coordinating regional resources, and facilitating structured feedback to global teams. You will also play a central role in training, communication, and change management for new tools and frameworks.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Information Systems, or a related field. You should have 5-7 years of experience in sales operations, process management, or commercial excellence, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce. A strong understanding of sales processes, KPIs, and analytics is essential, along with excellent coordination and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in B2B environments, particularly in technical or industrial sectors, would be advantageous.
