We're looking for a Regional Senior Executive, Culture to own regional culture planning and execution and embed a consistent People Experience across how employees join, grow, and thrive at Teleport. This role plays a key part in ensuring our culture scales intentionally as the business grows across countries.

You'll be based in Plaza Zurich, Damansara Heights, working closely with country teams, HR partners, local People Experience leads, and leaders across the business.

You'll operate in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment where clarity, consistency, and follow-through matter.

Your work will focus on building systems and rhythms that make People Experience reliable, repeatable, and felt not just launched.

What You'll Do

Own Regional Culture Planning and Execution

  • Own the regional planning, coordination, and execution of culture and People Experience initiatives across markets
  • Translate regional priorities into clear execution plans with defined ownership and cadence
  • Ensure culture initiatives are delivered consistently across countries while allowing space for local context
  • Act as the regional owner for engagement, recognition, and culture rhythms beyond HQ

Embed People Experience Across the Employee Lifecycle

  • Embed People Experience standards across employee touchpoints
  • Turn onboarding, engagement, recognition, wellbeing, and culture rituals into clear, usable, repeatable experiences
  • Ensure People Experience feels consistent across countries, functions, and employee groups
  • Anchor all initiatives to the Teleport Way and our values

Drive Adoption, Measurement, and Continuous Improvement

  • Move People Experience initiatives from rollout to active usage and sustained adoption
  • Track adoption, participation, and engagement to understand impact and gaps
  • Identify friction points early and work with stakeholders to resolve them through better systems and clearer ownership
  • Reduce manual follow-ups and reactive firefighting by strengthening processes and governance

Recognition Framework and Engagement Rituals

  • Own and drive the Recognition Framework and engagement rituals regionally
  • Embed recognition into everyday ways of working, reinforcing desired behaviours and performance outcomes
  • Partner with leaders and managers to strengthen manager-led engagement and appreciation

Country Enablement and Community Building

  • Act as a regional anchor for People Experience, enabling country teams to execute with clarity and confidence
  • Enable and align local People Experience leads and HR partners through a cross-functional culture community
  • Provide frameworks and guidance while supporting meaningful local customisation
  • Maintain consistency without over-centralisation

Regional Rollouts and HQ Event Co-Ownership

  • Co-own regional People Experience and engagement rollouts, ensuring quality and alignment across markets
  • Co-own Malaysia HQ People Experience and engagement events, setting the standard for experience and execution
  • Balance strong central direction with local ownership so HQ does not become the execution bottleneck

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with People Ops, HRBPs, Facilities, Communications, Finance, and Leadership teams
  • Ensure People Experience initiatives are practical, well-communicated, and sustainable
  • Act as a bridge between strategy and execution

Requirements

Requirement

Must-have

  • 3-5 years of experience in Culture, Employee Experience, HR, or related People roles
  • Strong ability to systemise, embed, and scale ways of working
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders, functions, or regions
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, outcome-driven environment

Nice-to-have

  • Experience supporting regional or multi-country initiatives
  • Exposure to engagement measurement, employee listening, or People analytics
  • Experience partnering closely with HRBPs or leadership teams
  • Background in operations-heavy or scaling organisations
