Regional Social Media Specialist
Job Summary
- Support in executing regional strategies and social media campaigns in the Southeast Asia region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B social media strategies, with a strong focus on LinkedIn to support brand awareness, thought leadership, and product marketing.
- Create, edit, and manage engaging LinkedIn content for the corporate page, executive profiles, and B2B marketing campaigns.
- Plan and manage TikTok marketing campaigns, working with agencies to develop creative content that aligns with campaign objectives.
- Lead KOL/Influencer marketing campaigns, including influencer selection, campaign execution, content review, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Marketing, PR, Digital, Product, and Regional teams) to deliver integrated social media campaigns.
- Manage external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery, quality execution, and budget compliance.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
Key Requirements
Skills & Competencies
- Hands-on experience managing B2B social media marketing, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Strong content development and copy-editing skills for LinkedIn and other social platforms.
- Experience planning and executing TikTok marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing KOL/Influencer marketing campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
- Good understanding of social media performance metrics and using insights to optimize campaigns.
- Strong project management and agency management skills.
- Able to work effectively with cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related discipline.
