Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1Lead and Manage Presales Team:

Provide leadership and direction to the regional presales team to achieve sales performance targets and drive key project wins.

Develop and implement strategic plans for the presales team aligned with business objectives.

Build and foster a high-performing team culture with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.

2Talent Management:

Responsible for recruiting, onboarding, mentoring, and retaining top presales talent in the region.

Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to support career development.

Identify and address skill gaps through targeted training programs.

3Technical Excellence and Solution Leadership:

Ensure the presales team maintains a high level of technical expertise and solution knowledge.

Oversee the development of solution architectures, technical proposals, and effective presentations to meet customer needs.

Provide guidance for demos, Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), and competitive analysis.

4Process and Knowledge Management:

Lead the establishment and enhancement of presales knowledge bases, processes, and best practices.

Develop technical resources, tools, and templates to support presales activities.

Promote the effective use of internal and external tools for training, enablement, and solution showcasing.

5Strategic Engagement and Execution:

Partner with regional sales, business development, and market development teams to identify and capture opportunities.

Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships to understand market demands and challenges.

Collaborate closely with product, R&D, and solutions teams to provide feedback and influence product development.

6Partner Enablement and Certification:

Lead partner enablement initiatives to strengthen technical competencies and solution understanding.

Implement certification programs to ensure partners are equipped to deliver Ruijie Networks solutions effectively.

Provide ongoing technical support and mentorship to partners for key project success.

7Market and Competitor Insights:

Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to develop competitive and differentiated solutions.

Provide actionable insights to stakeholders to strengthen Ruijie's market position in the APAC region.

8Enablement and Advocacy:

Act as a technical advocate for Ruijie Networks solutions at industry events, conferences, and marketing activities.

Drive technical enablement programs for internal teams, partners, and customers.

Job Qualifications:

1Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or related fields. A Master's degree is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise networking or ICT industries with at least 3 years in a presales or technical management role.

Proven success in leading large-scale enterprise projects and winning major accounts.

2Technical Expertise:

Solid understanding of enterprise networking, data center solutions, cloud, and wireless technologies.

Proficiency with industry-leading solutions and certifications such as CCIE, RCNP, or equivalent preferred. Cisco, Huawei, or Aruba (HPE) advanced or expert certifications are also highly desirable.

Hands-on experience with network planning, design, and implementation. Post-sales and big project experience is preferred.

Experience with market insight and the MTCV process is preferred.

3Leadership and Management Skills:

Strong people management experience, including recruitment, coaching, and performance management.

Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Effective collaboration across multi-functional teams in a regional or global environment.

4Sales and Business Acumen:

Strong understanding of enterprise customer needs and competitive market landscape.

Proven ability to drive sales success through technical leadership.

5Communication and Presentation:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in Mandarin(written and verbal) or other regional languages is a plus.

Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

6Regional Knowledge:

Familiarity with the APAC market landscape, customer behaviors, and business dynamics.

Experience in managing cross-border teams and regional presales operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a Technical Manager role within a major ICT company.

Successful track record in breaking into key accounts and managing complex sales cycles.

Strong background in customer relationship management and strategic planning.

Passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering value to customers.
