JOB SUMMARY
Provide support and assist Regional Strategic & Planning Head in the formulation, execution and monitoring of regional business plans, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy while considering the local context.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist in developing regional business plans aligned with corporate strategy, taking into accounts local contexts (economic, demographic and socio-politic).
- Monitor the effectiveness of strategic plans across all EPF branches in the region. Act agile and proactively to implement alternative actions or adjust plans when necessary.
- Continuously analyse market trends and identify opportunities to optimize product marketing for target segments
- Collaborate with stakeholders and relevant parties or authorities to explore and initiate activities/programs to accelerate the achievement of KWSP's purpose.
- Identify critical areas to regional operations and ensure EPF's interest are always safeguarded.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by Supervisor

- Industry Savvy Having an understanding or experience in the same industry.
- IT literate Able to perform tasks using Words, Excel, PowerPoint & etc.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Malaysian citizen.
- Pass Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with credit in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mathematics.
- Possess a Degree in related field from any university recognized by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)
- Minimum of 10 year's experience in a related field
