Position Responsibilities
- Leadership Reporting: Assist in the preparation of strategic updates and data-driven presentations for leadership reviews.
- Process Optimization: Map out and document supply chain processes (SOPs) to identify bottlenecks and support the rollout of operational standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between regional functions and country teams to resolve operational issue and ensure alignment.
- Data Analysis: Perform detailed data analysis to identify improvement opportunities and diagnose root causes of operational variances.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain with a focus on data analysis or process improvement.
- Must be highly proficient (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Knowledge of Power-Query is a strong advantage.
- PowerPoint: Ability to create clean, structured slides for internal reviews.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI/Tableau) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a significant advantage.
- Basic understanding of Lean or Six Sigma tools (e.g., 5-Whys, Fishbone diagrams, or Pareto analysis).
