This role oversees end-to-end supply chain operations across SEA. The manager leads a team and collaborates with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient and compliant supply chain performance.
Job Description:
- Lead and train the supply chain team, ensuring operational excellence.
- Manage third- and fourth-party logistics (3PL/4PL) activities, including warehousing, inventory, and assembly, in compliance with medical device regulations.
- Collaborate with distributors on forecasting, replenishment, invoicing, and goods receipt.
- Monitor inventory levels, backorders, and freight issues, and escalate unresolved matters.
- Track and report on forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and SKU-level trends.
- Maintain and improve SOPs for procurement and order fulfillment processes.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
- Oversee budget planning and performance reviews.
- Ensure proper stock rotation, reconciliation, and disposal procedures.
- Maintain accurate records for regulated products and ensure quality system compliance.
Key Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in supply chain operations, including 3PL/4PL-managed environments and medical device distribution.
- At least 5 years in a leadership role with a proven ability to manage teams.
- Familiarity with customs regulations, GDPMD, and import/export documentation.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and forecasting tools (e.g., JDA).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
