Job Summary

Lead and enhance regional supply chain operations for Ouji across Southeast Asia by managing logistics, inventory, procurement, and distribution to ensure efficient, cost-effective performance while driving business growth and team development.

  • Lead and optimize supply chain operations across Southeast Asia to ensure smooth product flow and business growth.
  • Manage logistics, inventory planning, procurement coordination, and distribution activities.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and 3PL partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
  • Monitor supply chain performance, drive continuous improvements, and implement best practices across the region.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy, oversee purchase order management, and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Lead and develop the supply chain team while supporting regional expansion initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of supply chain experience, including managerial or regional exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, demand planning, and distribution.
  • Experience managing 3PL partners and cross-border operations.
  • Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and supply chain analytics.
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • FMCG or consumer goods industry experience is an added advantage.
