Job Summary
Lead and enhance regional supply chain operations for Ouji across Southeast Asia by managing logistics, inventory, procurement, and distribution to ensure efficient, cost-effective performance while driving business growth and team development.
- Lead and optimize supply chain operations across Southeast Asia to ensure smooth product flow and business growth.
- Manage logistics, inventory planning, procurement coordination, and distribution activities.
- Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and 3PL partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
- Monitor supply chain performance, drive continuous improvements, and implement best practices across the region.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, oversee purchase order management, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Lead and develop the supply chain team while supporting regional expansion initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of supply chain experience, including managerial or regional exposure.
- Strong knowledge of logistics, inventory management, demand planning, and distribution.
- Experience managing 3PL partners and cross-border operations.
- Proficient in ERP/WMS systems and supply chain analytics.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- FMCG or consumer goods industry experience is an added advantage.
