We're looking for a proactive Regional Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end recruitment and attract top talent across regional functions. This is an onsite role based in our Kuala Lumpur (KL) office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment for regional roles across all functions.
- Sourcing & Networking: Build talent pools, leverage job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify top candidates.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process and promote our employer brand.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to refine recruitment strategies.
- Collaboration: Work with hiring managers to understand needs and align recruitment with business goals.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in regional roles
- Hands-on experience with ATS / HR systems (Lark experience is a strong advantage)
- Background in fintech, gaming, e-commerce, or AI-driven environments
- Strong data, reporting, process improvement, performance driven mindset
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken & written) as to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
