Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Regional Talent Acquisition Partner (SEA) to join our Human Resources team in Kuala Lumpur. This role is critical in driving recruitment initiatives across Southeast Asia, ensuring alignment with our global talent acquisition strategies while tailoring approaches to the local talent market. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to regional hiring managers and collaborate closely with the Global HR Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned departments, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop job descriptions, and define hiring strategies.
  • Regional Strategy Execution: Implement and localize global talent acquisition strategies to suit the regional market.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance employer brand presence in the region through social media and other talent sources.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles across departments to reduce time-to-hire.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide regular updates on regional talent trends, competitors and salary benchmarks, and sourcing innovations.
  • ATS Management: Ensure accurate and timely updates in the applicant tracking system, supporting data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Compliance & Process: Uphold company hiring policies and local labor regulations throughout all recruitment activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 23 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a regional scope or a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia talent market and hiring landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa, or other regional languages will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with global and regional stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Performance-driven with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, business-oriented mindset.
