Reports to: Trade Activation Manager
What You'll Do
Lead a team of Trade Activation Specialists in the region to:
- Achieve sales, distribution and merchandising objectives for specified geographic areas; modern and traditional trade through a team of Sales Team Leaders.
- Achieve PiCos target for wholesaler and provision outlets to drive SOVI, volume and sell-in range.
- Support Census Project - market impact team to help distributors to kick start the newly setup business.
- Support in-store sampling and ad-hoc activity for modern trade customers.
- Support event and sponsorship request to build brand awareness and increase sales.
- Support sales team in PiCos activation and push shelves placement and other activities which may be introduced from time to time.
- Support Regional Sales Managers achieve business goals through trade activation initiatives.
- Managing Trade Activation Specialists in terms of their Key Performance Indicators, capabilities, discipline and human resource related issues.
- Contribute to the Company's goals and objectives and improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Business related discipline.
- Min 3-4 years sales/sales-related experience in similar position, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Good knowledge of FMCG market and General Trade (GT).
- Good project management skills.
- Good presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
- Some budget management experience.
