ANTA was established in 1991; while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2007 (Stock Codes: 2020 (HKD counter) and 82020 (RMB counter)). ANTA Sports principally engages in R&D, design, manufacturing, marketing and sales of professional sports products including footwear, apparel and accessories. Responsibilities:
- Based on set of data and qualitative inputs to formulate a wholesale, distribution, and franchise business plan for the region that align with the brand direction (Country includes but not limited to Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia); assist and guide partners in setting business goals that aligned with seasonal and overall company objectives.
- Initiate data driven discussions on seasonal launch plan & result. Eg. Open-To-Buy (OTB), product segmentation, seasonal launch/delivery plan, product intake, inventory analysis, sell-thru result, etc.
- Gate keeper of weekly, monthly and annual financial deliverable. As well as identify gap and building blocks to the road of success. Eg. Successful product launches, best practice sharing, marketing initiative, etc that can be shared(data driven) across the markets with an idea of improving productivity and brand excellence.
- Be able to maintain inflow of data from country wholesale teams and key accounts, keeping the data up to date for effective decision making process.
- Co-planning for merchandising mix for Southeast Asia B2B/Wholesale/Distribution/Franchise business unit.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Business Management, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience, preferably from the apparel or shoes industry.
- Able to analyse data & articulate interpretation
- Relevant experience in managing finance/number especially financial target, OTB and sell-thru result, inventory management, etc.
- Has keen eyes or passion in sports and products.
- Proficient in English to liaise with colleagues in SEA, Mandarin is a plus.
