ANTA was established in 1991; while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2007 (Stock Codes: 2020 (HKD counter) and 82020 (RMB counter)). Responsibilities:
- Act as the regional owner for wholesale merchandising execution across Southeast Asia (SEA) for the Salomon brand.
- Own day-to-day follow-up of seasonal assortments, OTB tracking, and sell-in / sell-through data for assigned external partners, escalating issues and insights when needed.
- Support and participate in product presentations, Go-To-Market (GTM) launches, and in-season merchandising activities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Retail Operations, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Training) to support wholesale execution across assigned SEA markets.
- Conduct market visits within assigned countries to collect consumer feedback, observe competitor activities, and review retail execution, sharing findings with the regional team.
- Consolidate merchandising feedback for China HQ and regional reviews, and support seasonal hindsight and post-mortem analysis.
- Track sales performance, inventory status, and basic KPIs for assigned partners, preparing reports and insights for senior team review.
- Own basic wholesale operational follow-ups, including order tracking, delivery timelines, and product lifecycle coordination, under established processes.
- Support merchandising-related training workshops and help prepare tools to improve wholesale partners product understanding and readiness.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 17 years of experience in merchandising, wholesale support, sales operations, or related roles in the fashion or sportswear industry.
- Exposure to basic OTB tracking, sales analysis, or merchandising processes; strong willingness to learn and grow into a regional role.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; PLM or merchandising system exposure is a plus.
- Clear ownership mindset with the ability to manage assigned markets while knowing when to seek guidance and escalate.
- Good communication and coordination skills, able to work with cross-functional and regional teams.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English, to liaise with colleagues in China and SEA countries.
