Salary Range:

Depending on experience and post-basic qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and clinical standards

• Deliver patient-centred care while respecting patients cultural, spiritual, and personal needs

• Ensure adherence to patient safety standards and clinical procedures

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and nursing records

• Collaborate with doctors and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution

• Registered with Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia (LJM)

• Post-Basic Certification (ICU, Dialysis, Paediatrics, OT, etc.) is an added advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate, responsible, and committed to patient care
