Job Description

Position Purpose

Provide Regulatory Affairs support in the development and implementation of regulatory strategies to support the achievement of business objectives for the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) Global Consumer Business units, while ensuring compliance with domestic and international regulations related to Disinfectants, Textiles, Medical Devices, Cosmetics, and Consumer Products.

Facilitate the preparation, collation, and submission of documents related to the registration/import of new products, as well as changes to existing products within the ANZ region.

Provide regulatory training and strategic assessments to the R&D, Marketing, and Quality teams in support of new regulations and new technology development, with consideration for product testing requirements.

Consumer products include, but are not limited to:

  • Baby & Child Care
  • Feminine & Adult Care
  • Family Care
  • Wet Wipes
  • Other consumer care products

This position supports the Global Regulatory Operations team in developing product regulatory market entry strategies for new and existing products across all launch countries.

The role will focus on providing support and expertise in the development and implementation of regulatory processes, including the coordination of import and export activities that support international product registrations. Additionally, the role will work closely with trade associations and regulatory agencies to obtain the appropriate documentation required for regional regulatory product registrations.

Qualifications / Education / Experience Required

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Sciences, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Regulatory Affairs or a related field.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in computer systems with thorough knowledge of current office practices and procedures.
  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgment, work collaboratively as a team member, organize workload effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
