Campbell Malaysia is the Regional Hub for The Arnott's Group Asia Business Unit. Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the organization leads the strategy & direction to ensure that The Arnott's Group has a geographical footprint across Total Asia.
Campbell Malaysia also supports the region by supplying locally manufactured and marketed brands such as Campbell's soup, Prego pasta sauces as well as Kimball & Cheong Chan sauces. Asia's extended range of consumer food brands also include TST, Swanson, GoodTime & Nyam Nyam.

Position based in Petaling Jaya.
Main Responsibilities:
A regional quality leadership role responsible for delivering Quality and Food Safety Excellence across the North Asia region, covering Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Greater China (GC). This role ensures regulatory compliance of formulas, labels, packaging materials, technical declarations (e.g. product/nutritional claims) & product compliance requirements are met consistently across all markets and supply partners. The position serves as a key interface between commercial teams, manufacturing partners, and quality authorities.
- Quality Oversight Across North Asia: Lead and manage all quality issues involving Supply Base Partners (co-manufacturers, suppliers, vendors, distributors, and third-party warehouses). Ensure compliance with The Arnott's Group and Campbell's Quality and Food Safety policies.
- Consumer & Customer Complaints: Lead investigation, root cause analysis, and resolution of consumer/customer complaints. Ensure timely responses, trend analysis, and drive continuous improvement.
- Cross-functional Technical Support: Collaborate with R&D, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams on new product launches, packaging updates, and issue resolution related to quality performance.
- Policy and Procedure Development: Establish and maintain regional QA procedures for quality risk management across co-manufacturers and third-party warehouses.
- Regulatory Support (Quality-Related Only): Maintain awareness of relevant local food safety laws and engage authorities as needed for product quality incidents, product holds, or recalls.
- Other Quality Leadership Responsibilities: Participate in training, internal capability building, and continuous improvement initiatives across the region
Key Requirements for Successful Applicant:
- Minimum BSc in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
- Min 5-8 years of experience in regulatory affairs, product compliance preferably in FMCG or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of food regulations, market access, and labelling laws in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, and Korea is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and with external regulatory bodies.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of production methods for products such as biscuits, soups, sauces, or similar food categories.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal).
- Able to work independently and cross-functionally with teams across different countries
- Approachable, open-minded, and effective in stakeholder communication
