Location: Pasir Gudang, Johore

About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to manage compliance for offshore oil & gas projects. You'll ensure all regulatory approvals and certifications are obtained and maintained for FPSO/FPU operations, working closely with project teams and regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the Regulatory Compliance Plan.
• Coordinate regulatory authorizations from Coastal State, Flag State, Class, and third parties.
• Ensure equipment certification meets project standards.
• Close out compliance actions during construction and commissioning.
• Liaise with regulators, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely approvals.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: 10+ years in engineering/construction for large oil & gas projects; FPSO experience required.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of regulatory processes, stakeholder management, and EPC/EPCI projects.
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
