Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Kota Kinabalu. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, providing financial advice, cross-selling banking products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role involves working closely with various teams within AmBank to deliver exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications

  • Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
  • Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of Banking Products, Financial Services, and Investment Solutions
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the banking or financial industry is a plus
  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
