Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Johor Bahru. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing tailored financial solutions, and identifying opportunities to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Daily tasks will include understanding client needs, promoting banking products and services, managing client portfolios, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves providing support and advisory services to clients to foster long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer relationship management, and the ability to build and nurture long-lasting partnerships
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Sales and negotiation skills to identify opportunities and deliver financial products effectively
  • Knowledge of financial products, banking services, and industry regulations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and software, as well as basic IT proficiency
  • Relevant experience in banking, finance, or relationship management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Understanding of the financial services industry, especially within the ASEAN market, is an advantage
