Relationship Manager, Commercial Banking (Penang)
Job Responsibilities:
- To drive business growth, increase market share and the team/ Bank's profitability via continuously identifying opportunities and provide solutions to meet the customers needs through cross-selling of AmBank Group's whole suite of products and services.
- Market and manage key client relationships on a consultative approach by understanding the clients business and financing requirements.
- Actively identify & develop new business opportunities with existing & potential clients.
- Ensure customers needs are met while maintaining Division's profitability.
- Cross-sell products and services to increase clients share of wallet by developing an account plan in consultation with the relevant product specialists.
- Provide training and guidance to team members includes problem solving (Sr. RM)
- Negotiate and structure deals with clients. Provide holistic value added solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Ideal candidate should possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management or any equivalent field of study.
- At least to have 3 - 5 years of experience in relationship management role, credit processing and cross selling with the expertise and knowledge in commercial banking products and services.
- Good exposure in financial analysis and credit write up and strong customer service and relationship building skills.
