  • Financial Performance Management: Accountable for driving revenue growth in deposits, focusing on key metrics such as FX revenue, new-to-bank (NTB) Current Account (CA) balances, and overall portfolio total deposit growth.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of high-value non-borrowing customers to drive the acquisition of CBD deposits while deepening clients share of wallet through cross-selling bank products, including Work+, merchant services, and commercial cards.
  • Primary Banker: Responsible for ensuring growth in Primary Banker Initiative
  • Work+ Salary Crediting: Implement salary crediting programs for both individual and corporate clients to boost engagement and account utilization.
  • Performance Targets: Ensure that a significant percentage of Customer Banking Centers (CBCs) in the region meet established deposit targets, contributing to overall financial goals
