Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kuching for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will handle day-to-day interactions with hotel partners, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any concerns promptly. Responsibilities include managing partner relationships, conducting regular site visits, ensuring compliance with OYO standards, and driving partner satisfaction. The role also involves identifying opportunities for business growth and partnering with more properties.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in relationship management or customer service
• Ability to conduct site visits and manage on-site operations
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts
• Basic knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices is a plus
• Proactive approach to identifying and addressing partner needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field
