Role and Responsibilities:

  • New Client Acquisition Proactively expand the client base by identifying and converting high-potential prospects through strategic networking, targeted outreach, event participation, collaborative partnerships, and consultative selling techniques.
  • Investment Product Sales & Distribution Market and distribute Crewstone's suite of investment products and solutions to a broad base of clients and investors by leveraging personal networks, referrals, and strategic outreach initiatives.
  • Financial Planning & Advisory Deliver tailored investment advice and comprehensive wealth solutions that align with each client's financial objectives, risk profile, and investment preferences.
  • Client Relationship Management Build, maintain, and deepen trusted relationships with a diverse clientele including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and institutional investors to ensure long-term engagement and portfolio growth.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 35 years of experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or private banking
  • Proven sales track record in managing and growing portfolios of HNWIs, family offices, or institutional investors.
  • Demonstrated hunter mentality with a strong ability to source, engage, and close new clients and investment opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client portfolios effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining high levels of professionalism.
