Competencies and Skills

University degree bachelor's degree or Professional Qualification Computer Science / Information Technology or its equivalent.

Certification in CMMI and PMP

2 years in banking / financial services industry.

3 years in managing and delivering large regional project (> RM1 Mil).

5 years in software development life cycle and processes.

Good Experience in Project Management.

Job Specification

Technical/Functional skills

Leverages regulatory, political and business contacts to shape/influence the business and regulatory environment in key markets/industries

Thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of own professional discipline. Thorough understanding of project management phases, techniques and tools.

Strong and tested project management skills, including sponsor and risk management.

Personal skills (Soft Competencies [Core/Leadership])

Strong presentation and influencing skills, required in guiding and assisting teams in putting forward proposals for clients, whenever necessary

Good reputation and business network

Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Recognizes problems or situations that are new or without clear precedent. Evaluates alternatives and finds solutions using a systematic, multi-step

approach.
