Release Deployment Manager

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

510 years of experience as a Release Manager or Deployment Manager in the Banking Domain.

Hands-on experience in preparing Deployment Run Books and managing detailed deployment activities.

Experience working closely with technical teams for deployment activities.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, including diagrammatic and timeline-based milestone presentations.

Ability to adapt to challenging working hours and provide off-office hours support for deployments.

Advanced MS Excel skills for checklists and tracking.

SharePoint for documentation and team collaboration.

Familiarity with ITIL processes, change management, and release governance.

The Deployment Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing application and infrastructure deployments across banking systems. This role ensures smooth implementation of changes in production environments while maintaining compliance with regulatory and security standards.
