About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Reliability Technician to support our Reliability Lab operations. This role involves creating and modifying reliability test programs, performing data analysis, executing failure verification, and supporting production and SMT operations. You will play a key role in ensuring product reliability, maintaining lab standards, and supporting operators in troubleshooting and testing activities.
What You Will Do
- Develop and modify production test programs according to device test specifications for reliability testing.
- Convert raw Parset data into Excel format and perform shift analysis for each reliability test readpoint.
- Make data-driven decisions to proceed to the next readpoint or initiate failure verification.
- Conduct failure verification on failing reliability samples.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM), setup, and troubleshooting for DC test setups.
- Provide training to Reliability operators.
- Setup and support SMT machines (solder printer, pick and place, reflow) for reliability operations.
- Verify incoming PCB quality.
- Perform construction analysis including X-ray inspection, lead integrity, and bend tests.
- Generate construction analysis reports and reliability reports.
- Execute MSLA and maintain updated MSLA reporting.
- Support reliability operators in resolving operational issues.
- Maintain 5S standards in the Reliability Lab.
- Ensure strict compliance with ESD protocols in the lab.
What You Will Need
- Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; team player with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or equivalent office software.
- Experience in Reliability lab operations and testing is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with product bench setup and verification using tools such as multimeter, oscilloscope, and power meter.
- Good understanding of diode, transistor, MOSFET, logic, and IC devices is a plus.
