Develop and customize applications using BMC Remedy and BMC Helix, including creating workflows, forms, and automation rules that support IT and business processes.
Set up and manage self-service portals and service catalogs in BMC Helix Digital Workplace (DWP), allowing users to request services and track progress easily
Create system integrations to connect BMC platforms with other tools or third-party systems using REST or SOAP APOs and middleware technologies
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across different environments (development, Testing, Production) to ensure stability and performance
Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements, understand needs, and deliver practical, effective solutions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Strong knowledge of BMC Remedy AR System and BMC Helix ITSM platform.
Hands-on experience with Helix Digital Workplace (DWP) development and configuration.
Proficient in using Remedy Developer Studio, including workflow creation, active links, and filters.
Familiarity with ITSM best practices and the ITIL framework.
Experience working with web services, including REST and SOAP APIs, and with relational databases such as SQL in preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
