We're looking for a highly organized, bilingual
Administrative Assistant to support our recruiting team. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable communicating with candidates and clients in both
English and Spanish. You'll help keep our operations running smoothly while assisting with scheduling, documentation, and candidate communication.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the recruiting team
- Handle bilingual communication with candidates and clients (calls, emails, messages)
- Schedule interviews, meetings, and follow-ups
- Maintain applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and internal records
- Assist with job postings, application reviews, and resume organization
- Translate documents, messages, or job descriptions when needed
- Prepare reports, update trackers, and ensure data accuracy
- Support onboarding tasks for new hires (document collection, forms, coordination)
- Perform general administrative tasks such as organizing files, managing calendars, and responding to inquiries
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and customer-service mindset
- Comfortable with technology, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and basic CRM/ATS tools
- Independent, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks in a remote environment
- Prior admin or recruiting support experience is a plus, but not required
