Role Description

We're looking for a self-motivated UX/UI Designer with strong experience crafting modern digital products including web apps, websites, and mobile applications.

In this role, you'll take ownership of design work from concept to delivery, translating ideas and requirements into intuitive, polished user experiences. You should be comfortable working independently, managing your own workflow, and making thoughtful design decisions while collaborating closely with developers and clients.

You'll work across fast-moving projects, designing everything from product interfaces and dashboards to trading apps and interactive experiences. A strong eye for modern design, usability, and performance is essential, along with the ability to balance speed and quality in a remote, async environment.

Must Have

• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Solid understanding of responsive design across web and mobile
• Experience with wireframing, storyboarding, and prototyping
• Ability to craft clear, intuitive user flows and interfaces
• Strong UX fundamentals with attention to usability, clarity, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality work in a remote setup

Nice to Have

• Experience working with startups or fast-paced product teams
• Exposure to Web3, crypto platforms, or trading applications
• Familiarity with NFTs, digital collectibles, or blockchain-based products
• Strong skills in prototyping and interaction design, including motion and micro-interactions
• Experience creating UI animations using tools like After Effects, Figma, Paper, or Protopie
• Understanding of how animation enhances usability, feedback, and product clarity
