Job Description

Job Overview:

As an experienced renewal specialist with deep technical expertise within an enterprise sales organization, working with our most important customers. A core competency of the role is to advance the engagement process to achieve/exceed quarterly renewals targets in your assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end renewal cycle for enterprise and global cybersecurity customers.
  • Partner closely with Account Managers, Customer Success, and Technical teams to ensure timely and accurate renewal execution.
  • Proactively identify client needs, recommend solutions, and drive upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Document all client interactions and outcomes in CRM systems to track progress from initiation to completion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and influence strategic decisions at the CXO level.
  • Support clients in evaluating cloud and cybersecurity strategies, application/data migration, and modernization initiatives.
  • Remove deployment roadblocks, ensuring high customer satisfaction and adoption of solutions.
  • Maintain technical expertise on cloud and cybersecurity technologies, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Share knowledge internally and externally through best practices, technical communities, and thought leadership.
  • Drive metrics including contract renewals, upsell/cross-sell, CSP conversions, and cloud solution adoption.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity solutions or related IT enterprise sales roles.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in renewal sales or contract management, ideally within a subscription-based or SaaS cybersecurity environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, particularly in security, cloud, or network solutions.
  • Experience working with large or global customers and managing complex renewal negotiations.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed renewal and retention targets.
  • Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia who has experience to support Malaysia / Singapore market
  • Confident in engaging with senior management and influencing strategic decisions.
  • Channel/Partner Management: able to leverage partner ecosystems for co-selling, campaigns, and upselling to drive renewals and expansion.
