We are hiring a Reporting & Analytics Coordinator (Contract) to support data reporting and analytics within a leading organization.
This role is primarily focused on delivering accurate, timely, and structured reporting to support leadership decision-making. It requires strong data handling capability, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into clear insights.
What you'll do:
- Maintain and manage data for leadership dashboards and regular reporting
- Develop and deliver function- and market-level reports for leadership reviews
- Analyze utilization, capacity, and related trends to generate actionable insights
- Partner with Finance to reconcile data across systems and ensure consistency
- Own and maintain internal reporting systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Improve reporting processes, structure, and efficiency where possible
- Support ad hoc data requests across functions such as Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development
What we're looking for:
- 1–3 years experience in reporting, analytics, operations, or similar roles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure, interpret, and present data
- Advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, data reconciliation)
- Experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
- Familiarity with reporting systems or data platforms
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear communication skills, especially in presenting data-driven insights
