We are seeking a highly motivated Engineers with a background in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, Automation, PCB Programming, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a CGPA of 3.3 and above (or equivalent), a strong interest in research and development, and a desire to contribute to process improvement and production. - Key Responsibilities:
- Research & Development: Conduct research to support process improvements and optimise existing production methods. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore new technologies and innovative solutions.
- AI-Driven Automation and Process Optimization in Manufacturing: Leverage AI, IoT, and mechatronics to develop and enhance manufacturing production line processes for improved efficiency and automation.
- Automation Technologies: Demonstrate familiarity with Automated Guided Vehicles (AGV) and Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) for material handling automation, and apply IoT technologies to enable smart manufacturing and connectivity within the assembly plant environment.
- Process Improvement: Analyse current processes, identify inefficiencies, and suggest modifications to improve productivity, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Production Support: Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of production equipment and systems. Provide technical support to production line teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for new processes, equipment modifications, and test results to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity
- Troubleshooting: Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot issues related to equipment, processes, or production quality. Propose corrective and preventive measures as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with production, and quality teams to align objectives and meet company goals. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/ Electronic Engineering, PCB Programming, or a closely related field.
- CGPA of 3.3 and above (or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Basic understanding of programming languages and PCB design tools is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and relevant engineering software.
